| 摘 要： | 我国现行乡村纠纷解决机制包括自决、和解、调解、行政机关处理、诉讼。由于种种原因,在乡村纠纷解决中具有重要作用的仲裁方式尚未纳入到乡村纠纷解决机制之中。本文分析了仲裁在解决乡村纠纷方面的特点、优势和困境,并从解决乡村纠纷的角度提出了现阶段完善我国仲裁制度的建议。

| Abstract: | The present village dispute settlement falls into self-determination,reconciliation,mediation,administrative adjudication and lawsuit,etc.However,for some unkown reasons,arbitration,as an important means of settling village disputes,is not yet brought into line with village dissension solution.This paper probes into the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of arbitration in solving village disputes,and thus offers some suggestions for the perfection of the arbitration in solving rural disputes in China. |
