| 摘 要： | 利用机械系统三维造型软件和多体系统动力学仿真软件建立了平动椭圆振动筛的虚拟样机模型,探讨了建立平动椭圆振动筛的虚拟样机模型过程中的关键技术.并且利用该平动椭圆振动筛的虚拟样机对平动椭圆振动筛进行了运动参数验算分析,分析结果表明采用虚拟样机得出的结果与实验测试结果具有较好的一致性;为平动椭圆振动筛的仿真虚拟模型的构建,研究探索了一种可行的方法.

| Abstract: | A balanced elliptical motion shale shaker virtual prototype model is established with the help of commercial software,such as the CAD software and the Dynamics Simulation software.The crucial technique for establishing the virtual model is discussed,and the locomotion parameters for balanced elliptical motion shale shaker is calculated and analyzed.The computer simulation shows that the locomotion parameter from the virtual prototype system is of good agreement with the real balanced elliptical motion shale... |
