摘    要:应用最大熵信息的有关理论 ,建立了泵回转轴最大熵谱估计数学模型 ,并得出了最大熵谱信息理论谱线图 .据此可诊断出注水泵的机械故障 .设计了离心式注水泵信息监测系统 ,并开发了与该方法相应的软件 .用这种最大熵谱分析方法可以消除传统熵谱分析中的能量泄漏、窗函数、栅栏效应等对诊断结果带来的影响 .该方法的现场测试结果与实际运行状况相符

Abstract:Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an, Shaanxi 710049, China)Abstract:A mathematic model was established for estimating the maximum entropy spectrum of the rotary shaft of a centrifugal water injection pump, and the maximum entropy spectrum curve was obtained. The fault types and causes of the pump in running can precisely be judged according to the curve. The corresponding fault diagnosis software and system were also designed. This method can eleminate the influences of energy leakage, window function, palisade effect and etc. on the diagnosis results in traditional entropy spectrum analysis method. Some examples illustrated that the diagnosed results by the method are identical with the real conditions of centrifugal pumps.
