CCD生物显微摄像系统自组装及其应用

摘    要:采用计算机及相关部件组装了生物显微图像数码摄像系统,并采用该系统对蚕豆根尖染色体、昆虫复眼以及蝴蝶口器进行了图像拍摄;对实验结果以CCD生物显微摄像系统的优点进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract:The data camera system of biological micro - image was constructed with computer and its relative components. With this system, the pictures of the micro - image of chromosome of the root tip cell in Vicia faba, the complex eye of insect and the oral organ of butterfly were taken. In the end, the author discussed the experiment result and analyzed the strongpoint of CCD numeral camera system of biological micro - image.
