| Abstract: | Energy consumption with step orificeplates is being used in hydraulic engineering. There are some design problems,however,which have not beensolved completely;practical tata are also sortage. In this paper,the forms,the efficiency of energy consumption of orificeplates and the relationships between it andits flow capacity are investigated.Through a series of experiments and study oncombinations of its various forms,the new thesis of orificeplates energy consumption is proposed. |
