| 摘 要： | 紫苏油（Ｐｅｒｉｌａｈｅｒｂｏｉｌ）是一种多用途的天然香料。探索了一种用ＯＶ－１０１石英毛细管柱，采取程序升温的气相色谱法测定紫苏油中的紫苏醛，方法简单、快速、分离效果好，归一化直接定出主成分含量，结果令人满意。

| Abstract: | Perilla
herb oil is a natural spice with many uses.This article explores a kind of OV-101 quartz
capillary column and the way that determining perillaldehyde in perilla herb oil with
programming temperature-rising gas chromatogram. The way is simple,quick and the
seperating is effective. The composition is determined by normalized way with satisfactory
results. |
