大容量垂直煤仓贴壁式缓冲装置研究与应用

摘    要:介绍大容量垂直煤仓贴壁式缓冲溜槽装置在窑街煤电集团天祝煤业公司三号井选煤楼的应用,叙述其工作原理及安装过程。通过在该矿选煤楼的应用,效果显著,提高了经济效益,此项技术可在方筒煤仓及圆筒煤仓推广使用。窑街煤电集团天祝煤业公司在三号井选煤楼成功地应用了大容量垂直煤仓贴壁式缓冲溜槽装置,突破了传统方筒煤仓中央安装立柱式螺旋溜槽的束缚,采用独特的结构及固定方式,体现了贴壁式缓冲溜槽装置不堵溜槽、缓冲效果好、结实耐用的显著特点,减小了块煤落差和碰撞,块煤破碎率明显降低,块煤限下率由原来的18%~20%下降到了7.41%以下,经济效益显著。实践证明,大容量垂直煤仓贴壁式缓冲溜槽装置设计先进、安装简单、改造成本低廉,是提高矿井综合块煤率,增加经济效益的有效途径。

Abstract:The Paste Bumper Chute Device in The Bulk Vertical Coal Bin was successfully used in the third colliery of Tianzhu company of Yaojie Coal Electricity Group Co.,Ltd.,which is a breakthrough over traditional methods. Due to their unique structure and particular fixation methods,the device present a series of remarkable characteristics:no-blocking chute,excellent cushioning effect,stable and serviceable. It can reduce the collision in lump coals,thus reducing the crashing ratio to 7.41%,from original 18%~20%. Practice shows that the device is the important avenues to improve the lumpiness of the lump coals. Moreover,the device possess the advantages of advanced design,simple installation,low cost,as well as a better economic benefits.
