关于协调人类与地理环境关系若干规律的初探

本文强调指出,“协调论”是当代正确处理人类与地理环境关系的指导思想,并据此提出协调人类与地理环境关系应大体上遵循以下一些规律:1.人类的发展活动(包括人口的繁衍和经济活动等)必须同地理环境的容量相适应;2.人类开发利用和改善自然的活动,必须从自然环境的整体出发;3.人类开发利用和改善自然的活动,必须遵循自然环境的发展变化规律;4.人类确定各个地区的经济结构,必须同自然环境和资源结构大体上吻合;5.人类要消除对地理环境的消极影响,必须依靠全面正确地选择能源及其它资源的开发利用技术;6.人类与地理环境协同创造世界物质文明,既要遵循生态平衡的规律,又必须遵循社会经济规律。

A PRELEMINERY STUDY ON THE RULES FOR COORDINATING RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN HUMAN AND GEOGRAPHICIL ENVIRONMENT

The paper emphasis that the coordinism is a guiding thoughtabout which correctly manage the relationship between human and geographicilenvironment,and according to it presents the following rules which will coor-dinate relationship between human and geographicil environment:1.A human development activety (includs human fertility and economicactivety) must be suited will with an environment load;2.It must follow a whole view of the physical environment to exploitageand improve the nature;3.It must follow a evolutive rules of the physical environment to exploitageand improve the nature;4.It must suite on the whole with the construction of physical environ-meat and resousce to plan economic construction;5.Human must correctly and completely select exploitative technology ofenergy and other resources for extirpecte the passive impacts on human active-ty;6.In order to cooperatively compose the physical civilization on the earth,human must follow both the lows of ecological balance and socialeconomics.
