| 摘 要： | 在中国加入世贸组织后，中国西部地区在良好历史机遇面前，面临如何重新定位，开发自己。以东部基础项目建设、资金利用、人才待遇等方面为参照，结合西部实际状况，在国家的宏观调控下，必须依靠市场经济促进东西部的资本、项目、人才整合，进一步促进西部的繁荣与发展。

| Abstract: | With China's entry into WTO,West of China has now been facing rare opportunities to make strategies and achievements.Compared with the basic constructive projects,capital utilization and talents treatment of East,the article aims to search proper measures to local conditions,depending on the market economy to adjust the accumulation of funds,exploitation of items and accommodation of talents to further promote ecomomic prosperity and sustaining development of West with the macro-control of the government. |
