| 摘 要： | 本文针对在现代化连续轧钢加热炉设计中遇到的旧炉改造问题,以中板厂轧钢加热炉改造为例,提出了增加产量,提高质量的改造设计构思.所采取的主要措施有:采用合适的炉型,增加炉子的有效面积,装备新型高效燃烧器,减少炉子本身热损失,实行烟气余热全自回收,利用计算机进行热工控制,建立板坯加热最佳数学模型等.

| Abstract: | In view at the old heating furnace reforming problems encountered during themodergnized continuous heating furnace design for talling, this article, setting the furnacemodificatian for steel roalling in the Median Plate Plant as example, has advanced a refarma-tion design plot improve the yield and the guality of products the main measuement adoptedare: selecting appropriate furnace type enlanging furnace effective avea, eguipping a newhigh efficient burner, reduccing furace self that lass, recovering the waste gas heat totally bythe furnace itsly, using camputer for the heat cantrol, establshing the optimum mathematicalmadel of slaf heating, and etc. |
