| 摘 要： | 根据流媒体技术的相关原理,结合开发和应用实践,构建了一个集网络直播和视频点播的校园网教育电视台系统.介绍了系统的工作原理,讨论了实现系统功能的关键技术.实践应用表明,该系统播放过程流畅且响应用户交互时间短,达到了预期效果.

| Abstract: | Combined with the practice of development and application, according to the relevant principles of streaming media technology, this article builds a educational TV station system of campus network, including network broadcast part and video on demand part, introduces how it works and discusses the key technology of the system. The experimental results show that this system works well in processing smoothly and is quick to response to users＇ interaction. |
