| 摘 要： | 本文收集了西天目山1986—1990年同一季节5月20日至6月4日30个点,100号的硅藻水样,进行了酸处理、涂片、显微摄影……等工作,初步鉴定了7目,11科,30属,119种,26变种,并对硅藻的区系和生态分布作了分析。认为每年采集的环境情况,如降雨,水温,水污染,海拔高度等因素与硅藻的分布有关。

| Abstract: | The investigation is based on the collection of 100 water samples of diatoms in 30 spots around the mountain western Tianmu in the same seasons from May 20th to June 4th during the years of 1986-1990. After acidation smearing and microphotograph, we have initially identified 7 orders, 11 families, 30 genera, 119 species and 26 varieties.We have also made analysis of ecological distribution and flora on them, and arrived at conclusion that distribution of diatoms is retated to environmental condition, such as raining, water temperature, water pollution and height of elevation in collectiog diatoms. |
