污泥与煤混烧的孔隙结构特性

摘    要:用N2气体吸附/脱附法对污泥与煤的孔隙结构特性进行了研究.研究结果表明,随着燃烧的进行,燃料颗粒的比表面积呈现出先增加后减小的趋势,在污泥比例为30%时比表面积变化最快;不同混合比例试样的吸附等温线均为Ⅱ型等温线或包含Ⅱ型等温线,各试样均具有小至分子级、大至无上限孔(相对而言)的较连续的完整孔系统;污泥的孔径较大,微孔...

Abstract:Pore structure properties of coal and sewage sludge are studied by N2 adsorption-desorption method.The results show that the specific surface area of fuel particles presented in the tendency of first rising and then declining with the burn-out ratio increases and it changes fastest at the sludge ratio of 30%.The ad-sorption isothermal curves obtained from the samples are adsorption isothermal curves of type Ⅱ or contains it.All the samples have a relatively continuous and integral pore system with pore diameters ranging from the smallest molecular grade to the largest without an upper limit(relatively).Sludge has larger pore diameter and less micropores,more mesopores and macropores compared with coal.The BJH adsorption average pore width increases sharply after the mix of sewage sludge and coal.
