| 摘 要： | 病毒病严重危害养殖业的发展,从传统中药筛选有效抗病毒药物是抗病毒研究的重要内容之一.本试验以鸡新城疫病毒(NDV)为模式病毒,评价了一种水萃取浓缩制备成的中药复方颗粒剂的抗病毒活性.通过鸡胚保护试验、人工攻毒保护试验、对自然病例的治疗试验等证实,该制剂具明显地抗鸡新城疫病毒的活性.该制剂0.13mg/胚即可保护50%鸡胚抵抗NDV强毒的致死作用;按0.5g/kg体重口服,人工感染病例的对照组存活率提高54%;对实时荧光定量PCR确诊的ND病鸡4500只进行治疗,0.5g/kg体重饮水,连续使用5天,用药后第2天症状明显减轻,3天后可基本控制死亡,治愈率为95%.

| Abstract: | The effect of anti-NDV with Chinese traditional compound medicine (CTCM) is evaluated in this test. The results show that dosage of 0.13mg CTCM /embryo can protect 50% embryo from lethal attacking by NDV. The livability of experimental infectious chicken treated with dosage of 0.5g CTCM/kg body weight orally is 54% higher comparing with control. A herd of 4500 chickens suffering from ND diagnosed by real-time PCR is treated with dosage of 0.5g CTCM/kg body weight orally continuous 5d. The symptom of ND is catabolic markedly 2d and death can be controlled 3d post-treatment. Curing rate reaches 95%, which is better than control. |
