| 摘 要： | 喂线技术作为一种钢水精炼方法,在球墨铸铁生产和蠕墨铸铁生产中是一种常见工艺,在国内外已经被广泛应用．而包芯线是喂线工艺实施的原材料,在此系统地介绍了包芯线的成型工艺、种类以及国内外包芯线成型设备发展现状,并对比分析了各种包芯线的成型技术及生产设备,制造成型速度高、自动化程度高、自动定量给料的包芯机将是未来包芯线生产技术的发展方向．

| Abstract: | The cored-wire injection technology,as a method of the refinement of molten steel,has been widely researched and applied.This paper presents the molding techniques,classification and the development of cored wires and its forming machines,and compares and analyzes the molding techniques and equipment of each kind of cored wire. |
