基于柔性铰的弹链系统建模及仿真分析

摘    要:通过分析弹链系统的拓扑结构,综合考虑相邻两链节铰接处的线位移和角位移,提出一种基于柔性铰的弹链多体模型,在ADAMS环境下,使用宏命令功能完成虚拟样机中链节、柔性铰和接触碰撞的自动化建模;合理设置弹链系统的仿真参数,完成弹链的动力学仿真.结合实际对得到的相关曲线做简要分析,得出相应的仿真结论,验证了基于柔性铰弹链模型的合理性与正确性,可以对弹链在运动过程中的振动和冲击问题进行很好的预测和分析.
