催化裂化废催化剂磁分离回用技术

摘    要:根据催化裂化废催化剂重金属含量存在差异的特点,通过开发一种磁分离回用技术回收大庆催化裂化废催化剂,回收率控制在30%~40%时,可使回用的催化剂微反活性提高5.6-7.3个单位,催化裂化轻油收率提高1.66%~3-31%,经济效益显著.

Abstract:The kind of magnetic separation technology was developed according to variance of the content of heavy metals of fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) waste catalyst.It was used to recover FCC waste catalyst of Daqing.When the recovery rate was controlled within 30% and 40%,the micro-activity of reutilizing FCC waste catalyst was raised within 5.6% and 7.3% and the FCC yield of the light fuel oil distillate of reutilizing FCC waste catalyst was raised within 1.66% and 3.31%.The economical effect of magnetic separat...
