| 摘 要： | 研究凤尾蕨不同提取物及萃取物对细菌和真菌的活性作用;将凤尾蕨不同溶剂提取物利用倍比稀释法测定其体外抑菌活性,并对具有抑菌活性的提取物用系统溶剂法进行萃取,测定萃取物的抑菌活性;结果表明,50%的乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、痢疾杆菌有一定的抑菌活性,其乙酸乙酯萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌和痢疾杆菌有较强的抑制作用,其氯仿层也对痢疾杆菌有较强的抑制作用。

| Abstract: | To study the active different extracts of Ptsris nervosa Thunb against growth of bacteria and fungi. To determine the inhibitory activities of different extracts from Ptsris nervosa Thunb in vitro by double dilution, and extract antibacterial substances by systematic solvent extraction, and test its inhibitory activities. Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Shigella flexneri showed some sensitivity to 50% ethanol extract, and showed a high sensitivity to its ethyl acetate extract, and Shigella flexneri showed a high sensitivity to its chloro- form extract, too. Ptsris Nervosa Thunb have good antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudo- monas aeruginosa and ShigeUa flexneri. |
