| 摘 要： | 本文采用问卷法、访问法、数理统计法对赤峰工业职业技术学院女大学生体育行为及价值观状况进行调查分析，对女大学生体育锻炼价值观念、课余时间安排内容、参加体育锻炼等情况进行了调查。同时也对女大学生的体育态度进行了分析，并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | In this paper questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics method was conducted to investigate and analyze the concept of physical behavior of female students of Chifeng Industry Vocational Technology College, and their physical training values, spare time arrangement, participating in physical exercise and so on. College students＇ sports attitudes were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. |
