动态血糖监测系统在稳定1型糖尿病患者血糖谱中的作用研究

摘    要:目的:通过比较点血糖测定方法与动态血糖测定方法对1型糖尿病患者制定治疗方案的影响,为1型糖尿病患者制定合理的胰岛素治疗方案提供客观依据,最终减少低血糖事件的发生及避免高血糖对机体带来的损伤。方法:选40例1型糖尿病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别为点血糖监测组和动态血糖监测组。以发现无感知低血糖次数,发生现症低血糖和酮症的次数为比较对象,来评价血糖谱的稳定性。依据监测到的血糖谱调整治疗方案,血糖平稳所需治疗时间及血糖漂移幅度来评价血糖检测方法的优越性。结果:采用动态血糖监测组调整治疗方案所需时间短,血糖波动幅度小。结论:利用动态血糖监测系统监测血糖与点血糖测定方法相比,在稳定1型糖尿病患者血糖谱的研究中具有明显的优越性。

Abstract:Objective:Through comparing the influnce of point blood glucose measurement method and dynamic blood glucose measurement method on making treatment plan for type 1 diabetics, to provide an objective basis for making reasonable insulin treatment plan for type 1 diabetics, thereby to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemic events and to avoid the body damage caused by high blood sugar. Methods:40 cases of type 1 diabetics were randomly divided into two groups, respectively applied point blood glucose monitoring method and continuous glucose monitoring system (CGMS) to monitor their blood sugar, and adjusted the treatment plan according to blood glucose levels. The number of finding non-perceptive hypoglycemia,perceptive hypoglycemia and ketosis as comparative objects to evaluate the sta-bility of glucose spectrum. According to the treatment time required for steady blood sugar and the drift amplitude of blood sugar to evaluate the the superiority of blood glucose testing method. Results:Applying CGMS to adjust thera-peutic schedule needed short time, and blood sugar fluctuated tinily. Conclusion:Compared with point blood glucose measurement method, the CGMS has obvious advantages in stabilizing blood sugar spectrum for type 1 diabetics.
