| 摘 要： | 通过对房地产企业相关指标进行分析，发现大部分房地产企业经营现金流短缺，指出房地产企业应努力增加年现金净流量，保持适度的每股经营现金流量，从而有效增加企业的净利润和提高偿债能力。建议企业更多地关注现金流指标，但其又不宜过大。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the relative business indices of the real estate enterprises, the problem of cash flow shortage in most of real estate companies is discussed. It is pointed out that the real estate enterprise should increase the annual net cash flow and maintain an appropriate degree of cash flow per share to increase the net profit of business and improve the solvency effectively. A suggestion is proposed that the company should pay more attention to the index of cash flow in a proper level. |
