摘    要:通过18根短柱试件的加载试验,研究了CFRP(碳纤维复合材料)加固对素混凝土短柱力学性能的影响。由于在高腐蚀环境下,表面粘贴CFRP还具有防腐作用,因此还研究了粘贴方式对加固力学效果的影响。试验结果表明:外包CFRP加固对素混凝土方形短柱的轴心抗压承载力有显著提高;采用完全外包的加固方式,在力学性能上不优于分条加固方式,但综合其力学性能和防腐作用后还是可取的;粘贴碳纤维加固素混凝土方柱尽管提高了承载力,但在延性上有所降低,对于抗震要求较高的构件进行CFRP加固设计时,要考虑到该因素。

Abstract:The effects of CFRP( carbon fiber reinforced polymer) strengthening on the mechanical performance of short plain - concrete columns were researched by loading tests of 18 short - column specimens. The effects of the way of bonding on the mechanical result of strengthening were also researched, since externally bonded CFRP is also resistant to corrosion in corrosive environments. The test result indicates that there is an obvious improvement in the axial capacity of short plain-concrete square-section columns strengthened with externally bonded CFRP; strengthening by complete external bonding is not better than strengthening by strips, but a combination of its mechanical performance and corrosion resistance is advisable ; despite higher axial capacity, plain-concrete square-section columns strengthened with CFRP have lower ductility, which is a factor that should be considered for CFRP strengthening designs for building blocks with high requirements on shock resistance.
