摘    要:描述了一种以PC机为上位机,STD工控机为下位机的测控系统。两机之间通过RS-232进行数据通讯。该系统中STD机的芯片为8088。固化软件为监控程序,属“黑箱”模式。所有程序都用8088汇编语言编制。其中有若干个通用测控算法模块,如:模入、模出、开入、开出、PID、加法器、限幅器等,以便应用时进行组态。PC机作为上位机进行高级别数据处理和在线修改STD机的测控参数。其程序用8088汇编语言编制,为可供FORTRAN语言调用的子程序。该系统提供了一个良好的二次开发环境,可充分利用PC机的软、硬件资源,利用FORTRAN语言的计算能力进行复杂的运算,为进行一些复杂控制提供了一种可能。该系统可扩展性好,稍加改造就可形成一个控制网络,该网络可做为一个子网接入局部管理网,以实现过程的实时在线管理。

Abstract:This paper describes a measurement and control system with a PC as its upper level computer and an STD as its lower level compurter, using RS-232 for data communications between them. The CPU chip of the STD is 8088, the firmware is a monitor program, while the mode is of "black box". The STD is all programmed in the 8088 assembly, including several general-purpose modules for measurement and control, such as analogue input, analogue output, on/off input, on/off output, PID, adder, and limiter, handy for configuration, The PC at the upper level is used for advanced data processing and online tuning or measurement and control parameters of the STD. The programs are written in the 8088 assembly in te form of FORTRAN callable subroutines. This system peovides a sound environment for redevelapment, making the most of software and hardware resourse of the PC and exploiting the evaluation capability of FORTRAN to carry out complicated computations, hence, a possibility in application to complex control provided. The system can be upgraded easyly, e. g. forming a control network by some modification, which, as a subnetwork, can be incorporated into the local network to realise real-time, online process management.
