我国优秀男子排球运动员赛前情绪特征的研究

运用赛前情绪T量表，对我国优秀男排运动员赛前情绪特征进行研究，探讨不同年龄、训练年限和文化程度的我国优秀男排运动员赛前情绪特征的各维度差异以及我国优秀男排运动员赛前情绪特征与运动成绩的关系。研究结果表明，我国优秀男排运动员赛前情绪特征表现出高自信、适中社会期待焦虑、低个体失败焦虑和躯体焦虑；不同年龄、训练年限和文化程度的运动员在赛前情绪特征的部分维度上存在显著性差异；男排运动员在较低的个体失败焦虑、较高的自信、适中的社会期待焦虑和躯体焦虑情况下，具有良好的运动表现。

Pregame Mmotional Characteristics of Excellent Male Volleyball Athletes in China

Using the Pregame emotional T scale, to study the Pregame emotional characteristics of excellent male volleyball athletes in China ,probed into differences in various dimensions of the pregame emotional characteristics of excellent male volleyball athletes in China, who were different in terms of age, number of years trained, degree of education, as well as effects of different Pregame emotional characteristics on the sports performance of excellent male volleyball athletes in China. The results prove： excellent male volleyball athletes in china, the Pregame e-motional characteristics showed high confidence, moderate social expectancy anxiety, low individual failure anxiety and somatic anxiety. The athletes who had different of age, number of years trained, degree of education in Pregame emotional characteristics, had significant differences in some dimensions. The male volleyball athletes in lower individual failure anxiety, high confidence, moderate social expectancy anxiety and somatic anxiety, has the good performance.
