| 摘 要： | 介绍了目前国内最大的斗轮挖掘机3600m~3/h的研制和结构特点,根据国家“八五”重大技术装备科研攻关项目的要求,选择了测试工况,提出了斗轮臂动态性能测试系统、斗轮轴扭矩遥测系统和排土机的三角底架、平台环形梁及塔架的应力测试系统,并用于实际测试.

| Abstract: | So far,3 600m3 / h bucket wheel excavator is the heaviest one in our country.In this paper.the characteristic about the developing and structure of the excavator is presented.Based on the requirements of the national "8.5" project of scientific research on the heavy technological equipment ,working case for testing is determined .The dynamic testing systems for dynamic characteristic and stress of the key assembly of the excavtor and the ejector are presented ,which are used the actual testing. |
