基于QuickBird影像的南昌高新区土地利用变化分析

通过对2004年、2008年南昌高新技术开发区的QuickBird卫星影像数据进行小波融合、几何校正、目视解译等影像处理和提取土地利用信息,获得高新区不同年份8种土地利用类型的分类专题图.利用GIS软件对2004年和2008年分类专题图数据进行叠加分析,计算了2004—2008年高新区土地利用变化的转移矩阵和各种类型斑块的景观指数,分析表明该期间的耕地、居住服务用地减少;林地、交通运输用地略有增加;草地、水域及水利设施用地大幅减少;工矿建筑用地和其他用地则大幅增加.南昌高新技术开发区在2004—2008年大量占用耕地与草地规划发展园区工业和交通设施,但是其他用地类别增加最多,说明高新区产业建设发展较慢,使大量规划用地闲置.

A Study of Land-use Change of Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone Using Quickbird Images

Land-use change can reflect the industrial development of one region.In this study,topographic maps of land use of Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone were generated after process of wavelet image fusion,image registration and visual interpretation of 2004 and 2008 QulckBird image data.Land use of Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone were interpreted as eight classes.By use of overlay function of GIS,the classfication maps from images of different years were analized,and then imformation of land use change（transfer area,import ratio and export ratio,etc.）between 2004 and 2008 were extracted by transfer matrix.The results showed that cropland and residential land decreased slightly,grassland and water decreased greatly,while industrial and commercial land and land for other use increased greatly in Nanchang National High-tech Industrial Development Zone from 2004 to 2008.It was concluded that a great amount of grassland,water and cropland were used for industrial,commercial or transportation purpose.However,the largest increase in other land-use reflected that most of the planned land was still idle in 2008 and the development rate of the High-tech Industrial Development Zone was low.
