| Abstract: | The healthy development of the real estate market is closely related to the National Policy and people's livelihood.By the establishment of mathematics model,and analyzing the factors which influ- ence the healthy development of the real estate market,we can find out that although the rise of the housing affordability is reasonable,the quick rise is bad for the harmonious development.Meanwhile, we can see the excess of the currency flow is the main factor that leads to such situations,then,this ar- ticle tries to provide some policy suggestion about it. |
