舒心平中龙脑及异龙脑质量分数的气相色谱定量测定

摘    要:用气相色谱法和气相色谱-质谱联用法对舒心平的有效成分龙脑及异龙脑的提取液进行测定1].对4种提取溶剂(即正己烷、乙酸乙酯、二氯甲烷、乙醇)和3种提取方法(冷浸、超声、回流)的选择进行了实验研究,结果发现:乙醇为提取溶剂用超声的方法提取效率最高.以薄荷醇为内标,对3批舒心平样品中龙脑和异龙脑的质量分数的测定结果表明,气相色谱定量分析方法的重现性和样品的稳定性均良好;龙脑组分标准曲线的线性相关系数达到1.000,加标回收率在99.12%~101.4%之间.

Abstract:Borneol and isoborneol, the effective constituent in Chinese Medicine Shuxinping are quantitatively analyzed by GC and GC-MS with hexahydrothymol as an internal standard. By comparison of three extraction methods and four extraction solvents, it is found that ultrasonic extraction method using ethanol as extraction solvent has the highest efficiency. The result shows that the repeatability of GC method and the stability of Shuxinping are perfect. The coefficient of linear correlation for borneol's calibration curve reaches to 1. 000, the average recoveries are between 99. 12% and 101. 4%.
