| 摘 要： | 群体凝聚力是由群体核心的内聚力,群体成员对核心的向心力,群体对群体成员的吸引力,群体成员之间的亲和力等多种力以一定的结构方式组合在一起的合力。增强群体凝聚力是一项社会系统工程,必须从上述几个方面同时努力,才能奏效。

| Abstract: | The mass-unified force is a combined force made up of the mass-cored inne- condensed force,the mass-cored centripetal force,the attractive force towards another mass. the intimate force between masses and etc.,which is a multi-force formed with certain struc- tures.To strength the mass-unified force is a social systematic project,and its effect can only be reached by putting the all above mentioned forces in action at the same time |
