摘    要:采用截面直接拍摄法获得水-硅油在内置折流扰流组合式转子管路中分散混合的画面,通过采集硅油液滴的粒径数据,得到分散混合性能指标Sautar平均直径以及硅油液滴的粒径分布曲线,对比分析了折流环数量N以及折流环表面开孔宽度大小d0对分散效果的影响。结果表明:与N=1,2相比,当折流环数量N=3时,硅油液滴的破碎程度最强,分散效果最好;当折流环表面开孔宽度d0=2,3 mm时,硅油液滴的Sautar平均直径以及粒径分布相差不大;当d0=4 mm时,硅油液滴的Sautar平均直径增大,出现粒径较大硅油液滴,粒径分布均匀性降低。

Abstract:We introduce the structural features of baffling-disturbed-combined rotors. Pictures of dispersive mixing of water-silicon oil were obtained by a photographic technique and data for silicone oil liquid diameter were obtained in order to calculate the Sautar mean diameter and the diameter distribution curve of the silicone oil liquid. We also compared and analysed the effect on the degree of dispersion of varying the number of baffling rings and the radius of the bores on the surface of the baffling rings. The results showed that compared with a number of baffling rings N=1 or 2, when N=3, the degree of disruption of the silicone oil liquid was the greatest and the dispersion effect was the best. Furthermore, when the radius of the bores on the surface of the baffling ring d0=2 or 3mm, the Sautar mean diameter and the diameter distribution of the silicone oil liquid were approximately equal to one another, while when d0=4mm, the Sautar mean diameter of the silicon oil liquid became bigger, and the homogeneity of the diameter distribution of the silicone oil liquid was reduced. 
