摘    要: 以聚偏氟乙烯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯/聚醚砜(PVDF/PMMA/PES)为三元共混体系,采用浸没沉淀法制备共混超滤膜,以期改善PVDF 膜的亲水性能,提高其抗污染性。结果表明,当PVDF:PMMA:PES 的质量比为85:10:5,80:15:5,75:15:10 及70:20:10 时,共混体系相容性较好,且所制备的膜亲水性较好。当PVDF:PMMA:PES 的质量比为70:20:10 时,水通量为43 L·m-2·h-1、孔隙率为73%,前进角为75.88°,后退角为20.22°。

Abstract:For improving the hydrophily and the anti-fouling performance of the polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane, the PVDF/polymethyl methacryla (PMMA)/polyether sulfone (PES) blend membrane is prepared by the immersing precipitation. It is shown that the ternary system has a good compatibility when the ratio of PVDF/PMMA/PES is 85:10:5, 80:15:5, 75:15:10 and 70:20:10. Additionally, the hydrophilicity of those membranes is improved. The optimized PVDF/PMMA/PES blending ratio is 70:20:10. Under this condition, the water flux is 43 L·m-2·h-1, the porosity is 73%, the advancing contact angle is 75.88°, and the receding contact angle is 20.22°.
