液化气站设计及其温控系统设计

摘    要:本设计主要对液化石油气站贮存设备进行设计.从安全、方便使用的角度出发,对液化气贮罐、残液罐、家用钢瓶进行总体结构设计及强度计算校核,并结合制造、维护等工艺要求进行总体规划.设计主要内容包括80 m3贮罐设计,10 m3残液罐设计,15 kg家用钢瓶设计,液化气站的温控系统设计.

Abstract:This design involves mainly the station storage equipment of the LPG.From the angle of safe and convenient use,the overall structural design and the strength calculation of the store jar,the incomplete liquid jar and family steel bottle are carried out.Meanwhile,the technologies are planned overall,combinating with manufacture and maintenance.The major content of design include 80 m~3 Store jar,10 m~3 Incomplete liquid jar,15 kg Family steel bottle and the temperature control system of LPG.
