卸载平台的避碰响应过程

摘    要:建立了靠泊船舶、橡胶护舷和卸载平台组成的避碰系统的计算分析模型,利用能量法计算任意时刻的船速、橡胶护舷的反力和吸能以及船舶允许的最大靠泊法向速度.研究结果表明,船舶允许的最大靠泊法向速度与船舶的排水量成反比,并且与橡胶护舷性能和卸载平台的最大承载能力有关.通过改善橡胶护舷的性能和增强卸载平台的最大承载能力,可提高系统的避碰能力.

Abstract:This paper built up a computational model of the collision avoidance system composed of berthing ship,rubber fender and offload platform.Energy method was used to calculate the ship velocity,reaction force of the rubber fender and the energy absorption at any time.The permitted maximum normal berthing velocity of the ship can also be calculated.The result shows that the permitted maximum normal berthing velocity of the ship is related to the displacement of the ship,the performance of the rubber fender,the maximum strength of the offload platform,and it is proportional to the inverse of displacement.The capability of the collision avoidance can be strengthened by improving the performance of the rubber fender and the maximum strength of the offload platform.
