枯草芽胞杆菌B6—1产拮抗物质性质的研究

摘    要:对枯草芽胞杆菌B6—1所产拮抗物质的一些性质进行了研究。该拮抗物质能被HCI沉淀,经高温一定时闻,和在pH3~11范围12小时以及紫外线照射30分钟活性无明显损失,且发酵液表现出溶血、油取代活性。在第一次超滤时,拮抗物质存在于截留液中,用甲酵稀释后的第二次超滤中却转入滤过液里。说明该拮抗物质可形成凝聚,但在甲酵中凝聚可被打散成单分子。结果表明,枯草芽胞杆菌B6—1所产拈抗物质中存在脂肽类抗生素。

Study on the Property of Antagonistic Substances Produced by Bacillus subtilis Isolate B6-1

Abstract:The antagonistic substances produced by Bacillus subtilis isolate B6-1 were studied. The antifungal compounds could be precipitated with HCl. No activity was lost after autoclaving, at pH 3 -11 for 24 h or under UV light for 30 min. The culture broth showed hemolytic and oil displacement activity. In the first ultrafiltration, the antifungal compounds were in the retentates. But in the second ultrafiltration, the compounds were in the permeates. The results suggested the antifungal compounds could form aggregates, but the aggregates could be ruptured to monomer molecular in solvent. So from the results above, it could be certain the presence of lipopeptides.
