| 摘 要： | 督促程序是为解决债务纠纷而设计的一种非诉程序,曾经在司法实践中发挥了重要作用。但是最近几年,其适用效果却日渐衰微,几乎处于被闲置的状态。本文着重从受案范围和条件的角度对此进行了分析和检讨。

| Abstract: | Supervision procedure is a non-lawsuit, which is designed for solving dispute over obligation and plays the vital role in the judicial practice. But in resent years, its feasibility is on the decline day after day, is at nearly in the condition which leaves unused. This paper analyses and discusses the procedure from the view of the document scope and the angle of conditions. |
