| 摘 要： | 李鸿章在推行洋务运动进行近代化建设的过程中,从引进西方先进的工业企业,到聘用外国专家,创办近代学堂,再到向国外派遣留学生等一系列的近代化举措,在客观上促进了西学东渐,为近代科技在中国的诞生做出了一些卓有成效的奠基性的工作,这些举措不仅推动了中国近代科技的发展,而且对于我们当下正在推行的科教兴国的战略仍然具有一定的借鉴意义。
