| 摘 要： | 军事技术信息化对作战方式产生深刻的影响,信息技术嵌入到武器系统之中将会大幅度提高打击效能,在物理域实现精确打击。指挥控制技术信息化确保了各个层次指挥员对战场态势的感知,为各作战单元互联互通提供了技术条件,在作战组织层面实现了自同步作战。信息技术在军事领域的广泛渗透,已经演变成了能够决定战争走向的战略力量,也就形成了战略层面的信息对抗。
