| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告中,首次采用了军事技术创新的提法,此后,该问题受到了广泛关注。大多数论文都是从渐进性-突破性这对范畴出发,对军事技术创新的本质、意义、规律、模式、途径、动力等展开研究,而很少有人选取稳健型-超前型这个视角。本文着重考察了军事技术超前创新的问题,围绕超前创新的必要性、风险性和适度性展开讨论,强调只有坚持适度性的原则,才能降低超前创新的风险。
