| 摘 要： | 创新的转移是企业发展的重要环节,出于利益最大化考虑,企业往往利用内部化方式将创新转移给市场体系内部的其它企业或部门。通过对不同行业的跨国公司进行调查研究,以理论结合实证的方法阐述了影响跨国公司内部创新转移的微观因素,最后总结研究结论并提出可以有效改善跨国公司内部创新转移效果的建议,从而促进跨国公司的创新管理。
