| 摘 要： | 本文在探讨当代高新科学技术下人类增强的三种明显特征的基础上,考量了人类药物增强对人的健康和安全、自主与尊严以及社会的公平竞争制度、社会稳定等可能的伦理社会影响,并进一步分析了人类药物增强在技术上、伦理上以及法律上的可行性条件。
