| 摘 要： | 现代基因技术的发展深刻地改变了人类社会,也使得遗传资源保护成为广受关注的重要议题。对于我国这样一个遗传资源丰富的发展中大国而言,遗传资源保护不仅必要,而且迫切。针对当前我国遗传资源保护存在的种种不足,必须增强人们的遗传资源保护意识,确立包括知识产权制度在内的综合性遗传资源保护制度。

| Abstract: | Development of modern genetic technology greatly changes the society,and makes the protection of genetic resources arouse great attention.For our country,a great developing country with rich genetic resources,genetic resources' protection is not only necessary,but urgent.Based on the defects of present genetic resources' protection in China,we should enhance people's consciousness regarding genetic resources,and establish complex genetic resources' protection system(Including intellectual system,etc.). |
