| 摘 要： | 大学与企业的合作在增进社会福祉的同时,也使大学对企业产生了某种程度上的依赖。学院科学对企业的经济依赖和角色依赖,将会引发资金效应、利益冲突和大学的企业式管理等后果;将会妨害人们对可靠知识的追求;并将最终威胁科学事业的可信性。对企业资助及其附加条款进行审查、制定利益冲突政策和认清学院科学的使命,是解决这一问题的关键所在。
