| 摘 要： | 技术生态风险既要末端治理更需源头防范,源头防范必须构建多维的综合性防范体系,它应包括企业和政府的主体防范,科研院所、高等院校和社会个体防范,以及非营利组织等方面的防范。末端治理要选择一定理论思想指导下的可持续实践路径,表现在产业规划、技术试验、企业经营、生产工艺四个层面。
