| 摘 要： | 推行绿色低碳住宅是房地产业健康发展的重要方式,住宅产业化是发展绿色低碳住宅的重要途径,住宅产业化依托保障性住房发展具有明显优势,尤其公共租赁住房建设是实施住宅产业化的有效途径,是推动绿色低碳住宅建设的突破口。本文通过分析发展绿色低碳住宅的作用、存在的困难及公共租赁住房的特质,提出在公共租赁住房建设过程中实施住宅产业化的措施,以及推行绿色低碳住宅的有关建议。
