| 摘 要： | 在对ＣＮＮ模型进行简要分析的基础上，利用一种新型的全集成器件──跨导运算放大器（ＯＴＡ）实现ＣＮＮ模型。对便于ＶＬＳＩ实现的网络模型进行了一些探讨和分析，提出了直接用ＯＴＡ的非线性特性实现ＣＮＮ的折线输出，毋需在神经元输出端附加其它非线性阈值函数，整个设计仅采用ＯＴＡ和电容２种元件，这使得设计更加紧凑合理。

| Abstract: | A fully integrated circuit architecture for the implementation of cellular neural networks (CNNs) is introduced. It is based on the exclusive use of two elements: capacitors and operational transconductance amplifiers (OTAs) operatins in continuous time. The non-linear behaviour of the OTA is used to implement the piecewise lineariity in the output of each cell, making extremely compact and systematic design possible. |
