| 摘 要： | 本文合成了间硝基苯乙酮双缩硫代对称二氨基脲（ＨＬ）及其与Ｃｕ（ＯＡｃ）２、Ｎｉ（ＯＡｃ）２、Ｃｏ（ＯＡｃ）２、Ｍｎ（ＯＡｃ）２ 配合物，通过元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、磁化率、摩尔电导等对配体和配合物进行了表征。测试了配体和配合物的抗癌活性。

| Abstract: | bis(3-nitroacetophenone)thiocarbohydrazone(HL) and its Cu(OAc) 2,Ni(OAc) 2, Co(OAc) 2,Mn(OAc) 2 complexes were synthesized.The ligand(HL) and its complexes were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,UV, magnetic susceptibility and molar conductivity.The anticancer activities of the ligand and its complexes were tested. |
