褪黑素对铝致痴呆模型大鼠空间学习记忆的影响

摘    要:目的:观察褪黑素对铝致痴呆模型大鼠空间学习记忆的影响,探讨褪黑素改善铝致痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆功能障碍的作用.方法:用腹腔注射三氯化铝的方法建立大鼠学习记忆障碍模型,并用褪黑素进行实验性治疗.采用Morris水迷宫方法测试各组大鼠空间学习记忆能力的改变.结果:大鼠经多次训练后,各组大鼠逃避潜伏期均呈缩短趋势,此现象表明大鼠空间学习记忆能力随训练次数增加而有所增强.但是大鼠在染铝后40、45、50、55、60 d逃避潜伏期明显大于生理盐水对照组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而用褪黑素治疗组在染铝后40、45、50、55、60d逃避潜伏期明显小于模型组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).在40、50、60 d的时间段中,褪黑素治疗组穿环系数明显大于痴呆模型组(P<0.01).结论:褪黑素对铝致痴呆模型大鼠学习记忆功能障碍有明显的改善作用.

Abstract:Objective:To observe the influence of melatonin on spatial learning and memoryof model dementia rats by aluminum,and to explore the improvement mechanism of melatonin tolearning and memory dysfunction of the model dementia rats caused by aluminum.Methods:Thelearning and memory dysfunction model rats were built with intraperitoneally injection of aluminumtrichioride,did experimental treatment with melatonin,then adopted Morris water maze to test thechanges of spatial learning and memory ability of each group of rats.Results:After several timestraining,each group showed a trend of shortening of escaping incubation period,the phenomenonshowed that the spatial learning and memory ability improved as training frequency increasing.Butafter 40 days,45 days,50 days,55 days,60 days,the alumimun infected rats showed an obviousincreasing of escaping incubation period than the period of saline water controlling group(P < 0.01),After having been infected by aluminum for 40 days,45 days,50 days,55 days,60 days,theescaping incubation period of melatonin treatment group was manifest shorter than the model group(P < 0.01).During 40 days,50 days,60 days,the crossing-ring coefficient of the melatonintreatment group was manifest larger than that of the dementia model group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:Melatonin has significant effect on improving the learning and memory function of the dementiamodel rats infected by aluminum.
