基于Pro/Engineer二次开发的齿轮优化设计及参数化造型系统研究

摘    要:研究了基于Pro/Engineer开发的齿轮优化设计及参数化造型系统的方法,用该方法在Pro/Engineer二次开发工具Pro/Toolkit中调用Visual C++6.0环境下编写的C语言程序,实现了与Pro/Engineer的接口开发,并利用基于惩罚函数内点法的优化方法,实现齿轮的优化设计.结果表明,该系统计算结果正确,具有工程应用价值.

Abstract:The method of developing the optimization design and parametric modeling CAD system for gear drive is introduced.Visual C++ 6.0 is applied to draw up the interface programs and to carry out gear's parametric design.The optimization design of gear drive is made up based on multiple-pattern method.The results from this CAD system are proved reasonable in application and valuable in engi- neering.
