| 摘 要： | 以三尖杉茎段诱导的腋芽苗为外植体进行生根诱导研究.结果表明,改良WH附加一定浓度的IBA能诱导三尖杉试管苗生根,NAA单独处理时未能诱导三尖杉不定根的发生;IBA、NAA共同使用时生根诱导效果比IBA单独使用时好,其中以改良WH IBA3.0mg/L NAA1.0mg/L培养基组合生根诱导效果较好,生根率为60.7%.

| Abstract: | Rooting induction for C.fortunei was studied using regenerated plantlets as explants.The results indicated that only the mend-WH adding a certain concentration of IBA could induce rooting,but the use of NAA separately could not.And the effect of rooting in the mend-WH adding IBA and NAA within a certain concentration was better than in the mend-WH adding IBA separately.The mend-WH adding IBA 3.0 mg/L and NAA 1.0 mg/L was perfectly suitable to the root induction,in which the rate of rooting induction was 60.7%. |
