| 摘 要： | 我军要做好21世纪上半叶的军事斗争准备,必须以系统辩证观为指导,认识到军事力量的系统集成、结构优化、体系完善是世界军事强国军队建设的着眼点,系统集成的多维一体化联合作战是现代和未来战争的基本样式,我军要全面加强和完善以信息化为主导的体系建设,正确处理各种矛盾。

| Abstract: | Our army should do full preparation of military warfare in the early half of the 21st Century and recognize that system integration, structural optimization and system perfection of military forces play an important role in the build - up of the world＇ s military powers. The multidimension integrating and combined operations of system integration will be the basic mode at present and in the future warfare. Our army should strengthen and perfect the system establishment in the guidance of informatization and deal with all kinds of contradiction. |
